By downloading, installing, or using FLOW Timer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the App.
2. Service Description
FLOW Timer is an interval training application that provides:
- Timer for interval workouts
- Reaction games to improve reflexes
- Workout statistics tracking
- Custom circuit creation
- Cloud sync of progress (for registered users)
3. User Account
To access all features, you can create a free account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
You can also use the App as a guest, with limited functionality.

4.4 Free Trial
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you can cancel at any time without being charged. At the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew at the listed price.
4.5 Plan Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle. For upgrades, the difference will be calculated pro-rata.
Subscriptions and Purchases: All subscriptions and in-app purchases are managed exclusively through Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). For cancellations, refunds, and subscription management, please refer to the respective store policies. Listed prices may vary by country and local currency.
5. Advertising
The App may display advertisements to free plan users through Google AdMob.

- Ads are provided by Google AdMob and advertising partners
- Premium users do not see advertisements
- You can manage advertising preferences in your device settings
- Google may collect data to personalize ads (see Privacy Policy)

- Banners - Ads visible in some app screens
- Rewarded Videos - Optional videos to unlock temporary features
6. Payments and Refunds
Payment Methods
- Payments are processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- We do not store credit card or payment information
- Prices are shown in the stores and may vary by country
Refund Policy
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies
- To request a refund, contact the support of the store where you purchased
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Create fake or multiple accounts
- Share your credentials with others
- Use bots or automated systems
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including design, code, graphics, and content, is the exclusive property of FLOW Timer. No license is granted to use our trademarks without written authorization.
9. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: FLOW Timer is a workout tool and does NOT provide medical advice. Before starting any training program:
- Consult a doctor, especially if you have pre-existing conditions
- Train safely and responsibly
- Stop immediately in case of pain or discomfort
10. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- Injuries resulting from use of the App
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the App in the last 12 months.
11. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue App features
- Update these Terms
- Suspend accounts that violate the terms
We will notify you of significant changes through the App or email.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, without notice.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes, the court of Milan shall have jurisdiction.
